Livraison
Livraison en France et à l’International :
- en France (métropolitaine et outremer, Monaco et Réunion) avec Colissimo en 2 à 4 jours; les colis sont remis contre signature et les frais de port sont offerts.
- à l'international avec DHL; les frais de port sont offerts à partir de 500€ d’achat. La facturation varie selon la zone; le délai de livraison constaté avec DHL est de 4 à 10 jours ouvrés selon la destination, les colis sont remis contre signature.
Retour
Votre demande d’échange ou de remboursement doit nous être signifiée dans les 14 jours suivant la réception de votre commande.
Les articles concernés doivent nous être retournés dans leur étui d’origine. Ils ne doivent pas avoir été portés, tachés ou endommagés.
En France Métropolitaine : nous vous envoyons une étiquette de retour. Le retour est gratuit dans le cas d'un échange ou d'un avoir, et un coût de 8€ dans le cas d'un remboursement.
Pour les commandes livrées hors France Métropolitaine (Corse incluse), l’intégralité des frais de retour reste à votre charge. Les frais de douanes et autres taxes doivent être acquittés par le client.
