Returns & Exchanges

Our items have been carefully crafted, packaged and shipped to bring you complete satisfaction. If, however, you are not completely convinced, you have, in accordance with the law, a reflection period of 14 days following receipt of your items to return the goods and request an exchange or refund.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Your request for exchange or refund must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Items subject to an exchange or refund request must be returned to us in their original case. They must not have been worn, stained or damaged.

Exchanges are possible for an equivalent model: of a different size or color and while stocks last.

RETURNS AND RE-SHIPPING COSTS

For France, return costs and possible reshipping (in the case of exchanges) are covered by us.

For International, return costs are your responsibility. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the return shipping costs: an exchanged item will be delivered free of charge.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND REQUEST?

1. CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Via our contact form . Specify the order number, the reference of the item(s) concerned and your request (exchange or refund). Once your request has been accepted by an administrator, we will send you a return slip by email with the information on the product(s) concerned. For France only, we will also send you a pre-paid Colissimo return label. For returns of goods from abroad, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

2. SHIP RETURNED PRODUCTS

Make sure the item(s) are returned in their original packaging. They must not have been worn, stained or damaged.

Enclose the return slip with the returned items.

3. UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE

Subject to the conformity of the items returned following examination carried out by us, we proceed:

  • either to reimburse the items by crediting the bank card or Paypal account used for the transaction
  • or exchange by shipping the new item at our expense

DEFECTIVE PACKAGES OR PRODUCTS

Defective package: upon receipt of your package, if the packaging shows signs of damage, you can:

  • either refuse the package, it will then be returned directly to the sender
  • either accept the package with very specific reservations to the delivery person and notify the sender

Defective item: We pay the greatest attention to the quality of our products. If, despite all the quality checks carried out, you notice a defect, we invite you to follow the return procedure described above.

In the event of a proven defect on our part, we will offer you either an exchange of the item (while stocks last) or a refund.
