Returns & Exchanges
Our items have been carefully made, packaged and shipped to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if you are not completely convinced, you have, in accordance with the law, a 14-day cooling-off period following receipt of your items to return the goods and request an exchange or refund.
CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Your request for exchange or refund must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Items that are the subject of a request for exchange or refund must be returned to us in their original case. They must not have been worn, stained or damaged.
Exchanges are possible for an equivalent model: of a different size or color and within the limit of available stocks.
RETURNS AND RESHIPPING COSTS
Return & Exchange in Metropolitan France:
In the case of an exchange or credit, please contact us beforehand and we will proceed with the exchange at our expense.
In the case of a refund, you must first contact us, we will send you a return label, a fee of €8 will be deducted from your refund.
You can return the product at your own expense, the package remains under your responsibility until receipt.
Return & Exchange outside Metropolitan France:
For orders delivered outside Metropolitan France (including Corsica), all return costs remain your responsibility . Customs fees and other taxes must be paid by the customer.
Note: Purchases in department stores (Bon Marché, Printemps) cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Products that are not returned within the time frame and conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.
Returns for personalized items will not be accepted.
HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
1. CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Via our contact form . Specify the order number, the reference of the item(s) concerned and your request (exchange or refund). Once your request has been accepted by an administrator, we will send you a return slip by email containing the information on the product(s) concerned. For France only, we will also send you a prepaid Colissimo return label. For returns of goods from abroad, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
2. SHIP THE PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED
Please ensure that the item(s) are returned in their original packaging. They must not have been worn, stained or damaged.
Attach the return slip to the returned items.

3. UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE
Subject to the conformity of the items returned following examination carried out by us, we proceed:
- either to reimbursement ( - €8 deducted from your reimbursement for France and the full cost of return outside Metropolitan France ) of the items by crediting the bank card or Paypal account used for the transaction
- either by exchanging the item by sending it back to us at our expense.

DEFECTIVE PACKAGES OR PRODUCTS
Defective package: when you receive your package, if the packaging shows signs of deterioration, you can:
- either refuse the package, it will then be returned directly to the sender
- either accept the package by making very specific reservations to the delivery person and notifying the sender
Defective item: we pay the utmost attention to the quality of our products. If, despite all the quality checks carried out, you notice a defect, we invite you to follow the return procedure described above.
In the event of a proven defect on our part, we will offer you either an exchange of the item (while stocks last) or a refund.
